THE HOW TO's

  1. Visit “Become A Member”.
  2. Fill out our membership form and include 1 piece of I.D. for age verification, that clearly shows your name and date of birth
  3. Click “Register”
  4. Once you have registered, you may place orders but before orders are shipped, we will need to verify your age. Please note** The name on the ID must match the name on the account.

Acceptable valid identification includes:

  • passport (an international passport is acceptable if it includes the name, date of birth, photo and signature of the applicant and is accompanied by a professionally translated version if not in French or English)
  • driver’s license
  • Canadian military identification card
  • government-issued identification card
  • health card
  • Canadian citizenship card (issued before February 1, 2012)
  • Canadian permanent resident card

If you’re having trouble uploading an image, try the following:

Our first suggestion would be to CROP YOUR PICTURE. What you need to do is snap a pic of your ID from farther away and simply crop out just the ID. Sometimes cropping will leave the final result too grainy to see the small print of the required D.O.B. — so don’t take the photo too far away

Alternatively, you may want to try a resizing tool. We’ve found it strangely difficult to find a free photo resizing tool that we like, but we finally have one to recommend — PicResize. It works, it’s free, and it can upload large-format photos (up to 100MB).

Just go to ACCOUNT, click on VIEW MY PROFILE and click on the tab GOV’T ID to upload or change your Photo ID.

We take any personal information that you have shared with us very seriously. We protect our members with security that is second to none and we will never share your personal information.

You can add an item to your cart and hold the item for 24 hours. Items in your cart will expire after 24 hours. You do have the option to add the item to your cart again if the item is still available.

We at KING TUTS are no middlemen, and we are not greedy. We understand that many of us are on a budget and who doesn’t like free gifts? Since we sell more bulk products, as compared with other sites, we’re able to keep costs down. I assure you, you are not getting what you pay for, you are getting more!

We understand how frustrating it can be to see a product, order it but find that once it arrives, it’s totally different than what you expected. Your order holds no surprises; what you see is what you get. We take all of our own product photos.

Notice that we offer very aggressive sales. We do not allow stacking Promo Codes with sales that already have a large % discount applied or can be applied. If you are a new member, you can use your NEW15 code on an order that is NOT during one of these sales. However, Promos that offer free products allow your NEW15 Code to be applied.

At the moment, King Tuts accepts E-Transfers, excluding free e-transfers from Tangerine Bank. To send an E-Transfer, please follow the email order confirmation with transfer instructions.

We ship all orders placed after 8 am Friday and weekends on the following business day. Canada Post is closed on Stat Holidays, so we ship orders on the following business day.

We now accept Bitcoin payments! For you Crypto payers, you can now use BITCOIN as payment, and an auto 5% discount will come off the total at the checkout.

Shipping becomes free at $198 after any discounts. We ship all orders via Canada Post Xpress Post. Standard shipping costs $19.95 for anything below $198 after discounts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that customers requesting signature-required delivery for orders over $500. Customers can request this in the order notes.

Yes, we do have wholesale and larger order options. If you do not see the products you’re looking for at a larger or wholesale volume price, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Medicinal Marijuana and Cannabis containing products will only be shipped within Canada.  All other items can be shipped to other Countries, according to their laws and regulations.

We will send your package out very discreetly. We seal all orders with several layers of scent and vapor proof packaging to ensure anonymity of your contents. If we deem your package requiring Humidity Packs, then we will add them. If your order includes any fragile items, we will bubble wrap it or  use bubble bags. We at King Tuts take all shipping aspects very seriously; and thus, we’ll never cut corners so you can trust your order arrives safely.

If you pay for your order before 8am (BC time) between Monday and Friday, we pack and ship your order the same day. You will receive a tracking number once we pack your order. The tracking number will go live once Canada Post scans it, which is between 3:30pm and 9pm (BC time).

If we pack an order on the weekend or holiday, that Tracking Number will not be live until the next business day.

In the unlikely event that your tracking number is not tracking your shipment, please do not hesitate to get a hold of us using our Live Chat on the main page of our Website and we will reply as soon as we can

In the unlikely event that Canada Post doesn’t deliver your package on time, please contact us. We will conduct a search, starting with tracking your shipment. The full tracking process could take up to 21 business days to complete. If Canada Post deems your shipment to be undelivered, King Tuts will issue you a one-time credit. Thus, if this is a concern to you, we suggest that you place smaller orders. If you make a mistake in your address, King Tuts will not insure your package. Please double check and confirm your shipping address at the checkout. 

Under no circumstances will we insure any orders that Canada Post delivered late or if Canada Post marks it as “delivered.” This means we will not insure any orders that are stolen if Canada Post marks it as “delivered.” Please make sure to track your package to prevent theft.

If you find something wrong with your order, please follow these steps:

1. Please take a photo of the packing slip piece of paper with the order number visibly shown alongside the product in question.

2. Along with your order number, please give us a brief description of the problem and send us this information to info@kingtutscannabis.cc. We will review the inquiry and work with you to remedy the problem.

Please know that we at King Tuts are interested in building long lasting relationships with our members. We will do our best to take care of the situation ASAP. Please also allow 2-3 days to review all the evidence.

Make a claim within 60 days of your order’s arrival.

In the unlikely case of a missing item in your order, please let us know. If we find your order is missing anything, we’ll issue a Coupon Code for the missing amount in dollars.

This Coupon Code won’t have an end date and can be used on any future purchases.

We’ve observed three common reasons this may happen:

1. You are trying to smoke your product too hot. Try turning down your temperature a bit.

2. When Vaping, your atomizer or cotton on your RDA is old. Change these out to get a fresh clean flavour again.

3. Your juice is too thick for your tank. Mix with more liquid.

We don’t offer refunds or accept product returns. Please look over the contents in your cart to ensure they are the correct products and quantity. If a refund is necessary, we’ll issue Rewards Points in the amount owing.

KT BULK FAQs

You can ONLY apply Promo Codes that add products to BULK ORDERS. Promo Codes that offer a % off cannot apply.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders $198+ so your Bulk Order will qualify for Free Shipping.

We ship all orders via Canada Post. We do not offer any other carriers at this time.

We will ship Bulk Flower orders in the industry-standard Zip Zag Bag. Then, we’ll place the bag into a Food Safe Vacuum Bag. Next, we’ll place both bags into a Large Mylar Bag and heat seal it. Finally, we place the Mylar Bag into either an Xpress Post Bag or a box and ship it out.

Yes, you will get a tracking number. If your order fits into a Canada Post Xpress Post Bag, we will be able to scan that bag at the shop and have tracking sent to you shortly after. It might take a moment before Canada Post gets that package and scans it at the Post before it goes live.

If we ship your order in a Box, we must send it to Canada Post before obtaining a tracking number. You will receive the live tracking number the next business day.

Canada Post usually delivers packages on time, but occasional delays may occur. Delays can occur due to weather, unforeseen issues or Canada Post simply missed tracking it along the way. As long as the Canada Post Tracking shows that your order is with them and on its way, we will have to be patient until it arrives. We are not responsible for late shipments.

If Canada Post Tracking deems your package undeliverable or lost, we will issue a full credit. We DO NOT offer refunds.
