How to pay via E-Transfer?

To send an E-Transfer, you need online banking. Specific instructions on how to send E-Transfers using their App or Online Banking will be provided by your bank. However, the process is essentially the same for all banks.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please note that if you have purchased from us before, we periodically change our payment email. If you are still using the previous payment email address, you must change this in your bank’s “E-Transfer recipient list.” Always use the CURRENT PAYMENT EMAIL, which will be emailed to you immediately after you place your order. Our Recipient Name should be BC SHOP PACKAGING.

You need to log in to your online banking and select E-Transfer payment.

When setting up your e-transfer, put your ORDER NUMBER on the MESSAGE part of your e-transfer. Use your ORDER NUMBER ONLY (see your order confirmation email for this number).

Send an e-transfer payment for your order total (including shipping, if any) to our current payment email. The current payment email is provided in your order confirmation email. Please ensure it is made to the correct RECIPIENT NAME as well as EMAIL ADDRESS.

After completing your E-Transfer payment, we will email you a confirmation. Please be patient while we process your e-transfer payment, as we may have high volumes of payments coming through.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. The tracking number will become active once Canada Post scans the package.

Processing high volumes of e-transfers may take some time. You have complete control of the money you sent UNTIL your bank has sent a deposit confirmation email to you. You can cancel your e-transfer at any time by logging into your bank account, going to your e-transfer area, looking at the pending transfers, selecting and canceling the one you sent. When you cancel, the funds, which are held by Interac, will immediately be returned to your account. If you don’t wish to cancel, please be patient. Rest assured, once you receive the notification that your payment has been accepted, your shipment is usually processed and mailed the next business day. Check out our FAQ for additional information!
