Aide beaucoup pour mon anxiété et mes douleurs, je me suis fait un mélange avec de 25 ml l’huile de carthame et 750mg pour prendre sous la langue. le 250mg qui restait je l’est mis dans 100ml d’huile de coco que j’utilise comme baume pour les douleurs musculaire ainsi que mon eczémas.
