How do I qualify to buy products from your site?
To qualify you simply need to follow the instructions on how to create an account (including an upload of government issed ID), and once approved, you are able to shop with us!

How can I upload my Photo ID is it’s too big?
Have you been trying to upload your photo ID and gotten a message saying your picture is too big?
Don’t panic; we’re happy to help!
If you’re having trouble uploading an image, try the following:
Our first suggestion would be to CROP YOUR PICTURE. What you need to do is snap a pic of your ID from farther away and simply crop out just the ID. Sometimes cropping will leave the final result too grainy to see the small print of the required D.O.B. — so don’t take the photo too far away
Alternatively, you may want to try a resizing tool. We’ve found it strangely difficult to find a free photo resizing tool that we like, but we finally have one to recommend — PicResize. It works, it’s free, and it can upload large-format photos (up to 100MB).
How do I upload my Gov’t ID once I’m a member?
Just go to ACCOUNT, click on VIEW MY PROFILE and click on the tab GOV’T ID to upload or change your Photo ID.
How secure is my information on your site?
We take any personal information that you have shared with us very seriously. We protect our members with security that is second to none. Your personal information that is not publicly shared with other members, will never be shared by us with anyone.
How long can I hold an item in my cart?
You can add an item to your cart and hold the item for 24 hours. After 24 hours, items in your cart will expire. You do have the option to add the item to your cart again if the item is still available.
How do you sell the Cannabis so cheap, are you selling me a crap product?
There are no middle men and we at KING TUTS are not greedy. We understand that many of us are on a budget and who doesn’t like free gifts? We also just sell the product in a larger quantities than most sites, which also keeps the costs down. I assure you, you are not getting what you pay for, you are getting more!
Will we be receiving something different that is shown on the site?
We understand how frustrating it can be to see a product, order it but find that once it arrives, it’s totally different than what you expected. There are no surprises with your order, what you see is what you get. We take all of our own product photos.

How do I pay for my orders?
At the moment, King Tuts only accepts E-Transfers with the exception of free e-transfers from Tangerine Bank. To send an E-Transfer, please just follow the email order confirmation with transfer instructions.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?
All order placed after 8am Friday and weekends, will be shipped out the following business day. Canada Post is also closed on Stat Holidays, so orders will be shipped out the following business day.
Do you accept BitCoins?
Bitcoin payments are now accepted! For you Crypto payers, we now accept BITCOIN as payment and as an incentive, an auto 5% will come off the total at the checkout!
Do you have free shipping?
Shipping is free at $198 after any discounts. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpress Post. Standard shipping is $19.95 for anything below $198 after discounts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that any orders over $500 request for signature required delivery. This can be requested in the customer order notes.
Can I pick up my order?
Sorry, we only ship out orders.
Can I place an order and have a different shipping address?
Yes, your billing information can be different than your preferred shipping destination. Please fill out the fields accordingly.
Can I place large orders?
Yes, we do have wholesale and larger order options. If you do not see the products you’re looking for at a larger or wholesale volume price, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
What areas do you ship to?
Medicinal Marijuana and Cannabis containing products will only be shipped within Canada. All other items can be shipped to other Countries, according to their laws and regulations.
How long will my delivery take?

Delivery standards apply to items sent between most major urban centres and are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on origin, destination weather conditions and other factors.
What if Canada Post is late?
How is my order packaged and delivered?
Your package will be sent out very discreetly. Your order will be sealed with several layers of scent and vapor proof packaging to ensure that the contents of your order will not be known. If your package requires Humidity Packs to ensure freshness, they will be added. If your order includes any fragile items, the required bubble wrap or bubble bags will be used and included. We at King Tuts take all shipping aspects very seriously, there will not only be any cutting corners but we will also double what’s needed to ensure your order arrives safely.
What if my Tracking Number is not working?
Orders that are paid for before 8am (BC time) between Monday and Friday are packed and shipped the same day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been packed, but that tracking number will not be live until late that day once Canada Post scans it, which is between 3:30pm and 9pm PT (BC time).
If an order is packed on a weekend or holiday, that Tracking Number will not be live until the next business day.
In the unlikely event that your tracking number is not tracking your shipment, please do not hesitate to get a hold of us using our Live Chat on the main page of our Website and we will reply as soon as we can
What if I don’t get my package from the mail?
In the unlikely event that Canada Post doesn’t deliver your package on time, please contact us. We will conduct a search, starting with tracking your shipment. The full tracking process could take up to 21 business days to complete. If your shipment has been determined to be undelivered, King Tuts will issue you a one-time credit. If this is a concern to you, may we suggest that you place smaller orders. King Tuts will not insure any packages that have the wrong address given. Under no circumstances will King Tuts insure any orders that have arrived late or if the package has been determined to be “delivered” by the carrier. Please double check and confirm your shipping address at the checkout.

What if there is a problem with my order when i get it?
We at King Tuts strive for perfection in all aspects of our business. Upon receiving your order, please open and inspect your order immediately.
If you receive your package incorrectly or there is something wrong, please follow these steps:
1. Please take a photo of the packing slip piece of paper with the order number visibly shown alongside the product in question.
2. Along with your order number, please give us a brief description of the problem and send us this information to email@example.com We will review the inquiry and work with our member to remedy the problem.
Please know that we at King Tuts are interested in building long lasting relationships with our members. We will do our best to take care of the situation ASAP. Please also allow 2-3 days to review all the evidence.
What if my order is missing an item?
In the unlikely case that your order is missing anything, please let us know. Upon an investigation, if we find that your order is in fact missing anything, we will issue you a Coupon Code for the amount in dollars that is missing.
This Coupon Code will not have an end date and can be used on any future purchases
Why do my extracts taste harsh or burnt?
It is our experience that there are three common reasons that this may happen.
1. You are trying to smoke your product too hot. Try turning down your temperature a bit.
2. When Vaping, your atomizer or cotton on your RDA is old. Change these out to get a fresh clean flavour again.
3. Your juice is too thick for your tank. Mix with more liquid.
Do you allow refunds or accept returns?
We do not offer refunds or send money back, nor do we accept product returns. Please look over the contents in your cart to ensure they are the correct products and quantity of products that you would like to purchase. In the event that we do need to refund, only store credit and coupon codes will be issued.
What is your Store Credit policy?
If an item was bought on sale, the credit will be for the amount that the product was sold for. If a Promo Code was used that created the discount, then the credit will be based on the regular price.
Can I apply Promo Codes to my order?
The ONLY Promo Codes than can be applied to BULK ORDERS, is Promo Codes that add product. Promo Codes that apply a % off, can not be applied.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders that reach $198+ so your Bulk Order will qualify for Free Shipping.
How does my order get shipped out?
All orders will be shipped out Canada Post Air. We do not offer any other carriers at this time.
How will you package my order?
Bulk Flower orders will be shipped in the industry standard Zip Zag Bag. That bag will then be put into a Food Safe Vacuum Bag. Those bags will then be put into a Large Mylar Bag and Heat Sealed. That Mylar Bag will them be put into either a Xpress Post Bag or in a box and shipped out via Air.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. If your order will fit into a Canada Post Xpress Post Bag, we will be able to scan that bag at the shop and have that tracking to you the day we send it to the Post. It might take a moment before Canada Post gets that package and scans it at the Post before it goes live.
If your order is shipped in a Box, we will have to get that box to the Post before we get a tracking number, so you will receive that tracking number the next business day. That tracking will be live at that point.
What if my package is late?
Canada Post has been very good with delivering packages on time but they are sometimes late. This can be due to weather, other unforeseen issues or simply missed at one of their locations on the way to you. As long as the Canada Post Tracking shows that your order is with them and on its way, we will have to be patient until it arrives. We are not responsible for late shipments.
In the unlikely event that Canada Post Tracking deems your package to be undeliverable or lost, we will issue you a full credit. We DO NOT offer refunds.
